On-site Dining at our Sydney CBD Hotel

At our Sydney Central Business District hotel, we provide gourmet cuisine for our guests in the One on 1 Bar and Brasserie. Casual but stylish, this Sydney CBD hotel on-site restaurant opens at 6:30am to prepare both a breakfast menu and continental breakfast buffet. Our executive chef has created an à la carte menu featuring a range of internationally inspired dishes updated seasonally to reflect fresh, local produce. For those in a hurry to see an evening musical, movie, concert or sporting event, we offer alternative dining options in our Sydney hotel.

Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday, our hotel presents live music with artisists such as Paige Delancey & her band from 6.00pm-8.00pm.

Visit the One on 1 Bar for a sophisticated selection of Australian wines available by the glass or bottle. Signature cocktails and local or international beers are also featured at our sleek, elegant bar at our hotel in downtown Sydney Central Business District.

One on 1 Bar and Brasserie features Australian and international dishes prepared fresh daily in a sophisticated, casual atmosphere.
